Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: Morgan Ebbett Career Transition Consulting (“the Company”) provides career transition consulting services. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein.

2. Service Agreement: Clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the signed service agreement between the client and Morgan Ebbett.

3. Confidentiality: Information shared during the course of the consulting relationship will be kept confidential by both parties, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Payment Terms: Clients agree to adhere to the payment terms specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Clients may cancel services in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. Refund policies, if applicable, will also be specified in the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property developed or provided during the consulting engagement shall remain the property of Morgan Ebbett, unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Termination of Services: The Company reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-compliance with the service agreement or for other justifiable reasons.

8. Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to actively participate in the career transition process, provide accurate information, and communicate openly with consultants to facilitate the consulting relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of its services.
